Kundalini
Kundalini
A serpent, a serpent fire force; cosmic energy, lying in the body in the dormant state; goddess name.
There is Descending Shakti (Maha Kundalini) and Ascending (localized in the body). A yogi who awakened Kundalini and connected the Shakti with Shiva (in Sahasrara chakra), is considered to have reached the realization.
